Our world is beautiful!

Nature still enchants us - and it gives us hope

We have long been accustomed to constantly having to warn of the destruction of the environment and nature. In films, too, the warnings are becoming more urgent - and more necessary in the face of global resource depletion and sheer irresponsibility and thoughtlessness. What we sometimes forget: Our world is still beautiful, at least in large parts. It is still able to show us what we have and what we put at risk. Films about the beauty of the world thus also inspire hope: "One should believe," said Leo Tolstoi, "that contact with nature, this direct expression of beauty and goodness, must make all evil disappear in the human heart."
